Founder and acclaimed Chef, Hiroshi Tsuji, realizes the importance of culinary satisfaction. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and the prestigious, Hyde Park of New York, he has mastered a unique culinary style. His extended experience with several New York restaurants and his opening 8 restaurants of various styles and cuisines in the Cleveland area, has prepared him for this unique venture!

Partnering with co-founder and Executive Chef, Sonya Bassett, a 25-year restaurant veteran, they have created highly innovative fusion-global menus.

Many of their dishes are prepared with traditional fashion along with others that are a delectable melting pot of East and West... most notable being their seafood dishes.
